肝功能衰竭患者行人工肝血浆置换术后的护理措施探讨

目的:探讨肝功能衰竭患者行人工肝血浆置换术后的护理措施。方法:回顾2016年1月-2017年9月84例肝功能衰竭患者并分组。所有患者进行人工肝血浆置换术,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组术后给予全面护理。比较两组肝功能衰竭治疗效果;人工肝血浆置换术后并发症发生率;干预前后患者肝功能指标、凝血功能指标;护理满意度。结果:观察组肝功能衰竭治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组人工肝血浆置换术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组肝功能指标、凝血功能指标相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组肝功能指标、凝血功能指标优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:肝功能衰竭患者行人工肝血浆置换术后的护理中给予全面护理,可显著改善手术效果,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者肝功能、凝血功能改善,提升其护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the nursing measures after artificial liver replacement in patients with liver failure.Methods:From January 2016 to September 2017,84 patients with liver failure were reviewed and divided into groups.All patients underwent artificial liver plasmapheresis.The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group received complete nursing after operation.The therapeutic effect of liver failure in both groups was compared.The incidence of complications after artificial liver replacement was compared.The liver function indexes and coagulation indexes of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of liver failure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The liver function index,coagulation index(P>0.05).After intervention,the indexes of hepatic function and coagulation function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS:Patients with liver failure receive full nursing care after artificial liver replacement surgery,which can significantly improve the surgical results,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote the improvement of liver function and coagulation function,and enhance their satisfaction with nursing care.
