摘要
目的探讨驻点模式健康教育在鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔炎中的应用效果。方法将84例鼻咽癌放射治疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规的健康教育,试验组在常规健康教育基础上实行驻点式健康教育模式,比较两组的临床效果。结果两组患者在放射性口腔炎、负性心理、张口困难、功能锻炼依从性及满意度调查比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论驻点模式健康教育能降低鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔炎的发生率、降低负性心理、减少张口困难、提高功能锻炼依从性及满意度,是有效的健康宣教方式。现报告如下:
objective to explore the application effect of the stagnation mode healthy education in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 84 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two groups of patients were given normal healthy education,and the experimental group was based on education of routine health,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results two groups of patients in the radioactive stomatitis,negative psychology,mouth hard,functional exercise adherence and satisfaction survey,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),conclusion stagnation point model health education can reduce the incidence of inflammation of radioactive oral cavity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),to reduce the negative psychological,reduce the mouth difficult and improve functional exercise adherence and satisfaction,is the effective way of health education.The report is as follows.
