上消化道出血患者胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术后护理效果分析

目的:研究上消化道出血患者胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术后护理效果。方法:回顾性分析并纳入2016年1月—2017年8月68例上消化道出血胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术后患者,根据随机数字表分组。对照组术后进行普通护理,整体护理组术后进行整体护理。就两组患者术后住院平均时间、术后进食时间、术后下地时间和护理满意水平、术后胸骨后疼痛、再出血等并发症发生率、术后心理状态、生存质量进行比较。结果:整体护理组护理满意水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05。整体护理组术后胸骨后疼痛、再出血等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。整体护理组患者术后住院平均时间、术后进食时间、术后下地时间均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。整体护理组术后心理状态、生存质量优于对照组。结论:上消化道出血患者胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术后护理效果确切,可有效减少并发症,加速术后康复,提前下地、进食时间,缩短住院时间,提升满意度,改善生存质量和心理状态,值得推广。

Objective:To study the nursing effect of endoscopic esophageal varices ligation in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 68 patients with postoperative gastroesophageal varices ligation after upper gastrointestinal bleeding was performed from January 2016 to August 2017.The patients were divided into groups according to the random number table.The control group received general nursing after operation,and the overall nursing group received overall nursing after operation.The average postoperative hospital stay,postoperative eating time,postoperative time and nursing satisfaction,postoperative sternal pain,rebleeding complications,postoperative psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the whole nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing group postoperative sternal pain,re-bleeding and other complications was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The average length of hospital stay,postoperative eating time and postoperative time in the overall nursing group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing group postoperative psychological status,quality of life than the control group.Conclusion:The nursing effect of esophageal varices ligation in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is exact,which can effectively reduce complications,speed up postoperative rehabilitation,advance to the ground,feeding time,shorten the hospital stay,improve satisfaction,improve quality of life and psychological Status,worth promoting.
