临床分级护理干预在消化道出血患者中的应用效果评价

目的:探究临床分级护理干预在消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:分析72例2016年2月至2017年10月消化道出血患者,根据随机表分组。对照组用常规护理干预;观察组进行临床分级护理干预。比较两组患者消化道出血护理满意度;消化道出血停止时间、护理总时间、住院时间;消化道再出血发生率;护理前后血红蛋白、血尿素氮和BRS评分。结果:观察组患者消化道出血护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组消化道出血停止时间、护理总时间、住院时间比对照组短,P<0.05;观察组消化道再出血发生率比对照组低,P<0.05。干预前血红蛋白、血尿素氮和BRS评分相似,P>0.05。干预后观察组血红蛋白、血尿素氮和BRS评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床分级护理干预在消化道出血患者中的应用效果确切,可有效促进止血,改善血红蛋白、血尿素氮水平,降低再出血,缩短护理和住院时间,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical grading nursing intervention in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 72 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding from February 2016 to October 2017 were analyzed and grouped according to a randomized table.The control group with routine nursing intervention;observation group for clinical grading nursing intervention.The satisfaction of digestive tract hemorrhage nursing care was compared between the two groups.The stop time of gastrointestinal bleeding,the total time of nursing care,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of rebleeding of digestive tract,the hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen and BRS score before and after nursing were compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of digestive tract hemorrhage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The stopping time of gastrointestinal bleeding,the total time of nursing care and the length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05)Rate lower than the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen and BRS scores were similar,P>0.05.After intervention,the hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen and BRS scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of clinical grading nursing intervention in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding is exact,which can effectively promote hemostasis,improve hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen,reduce rebleeding,shorten nursing and hospital stay,which is worth promoting.
