吴茱萸姜汁穴位贴敷预防妇科全麻术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

目的:观察吴茱萸姜汁贴敷天突、双侧内关、足三里穴预防妇科全麻术后患者发生恶心呕吐的疗效。方法:选取2016年12月~2017年3月在我院妇科住院手术患者50例随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组运用术后常规治疗和护理方法预防恶心、呕吐的发生,观察组患者术后1小时运用吴茱萸姜汁贴敷天突、双侧内关、足三里5个穴预防PONV的发生,观察比较2组患者发生恶心呕吐的情况。结果:两组患者术后出现恶心呕吐发生率比较,观察组PONV发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸姜汁穴位贴敷有效降低了妇科全麻术后患者发生PONV的发生率和程度,治疗效果显著。

Objective:to observe the curative effect of wu zhuyu jiang juice on the treatment of nausea and vomiting after the treatment of the patients with gynecology.Methods:select in December 2016 to March 2017 50 cases hospitalized in our hospital gynecologic surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group using conventional treatment and postoperative nursing methods to prevent the occurrence of nausea,vomiting,observation group of patients using evodia rutaecarpa 1 hour after ginger paste fu tian tu,closed in on both sides,foot three mile five holes to prevent the occurrence of PONV,compare two groups of patients occurred nausea and vomiting.Results:the incidence of nausea and vomiting was compared in two groups,and the incidence of PONV in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the incidence and degree of PONV in the postoperative patients of gynaecology and general anesthesia were significantly reduced by the application of acupoint plaster of wu zhuyu,and the therapeutic effect was significant.
