中药穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床观察及免疫功能的影响

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床观察及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,三伏天采用针灸、拔罐、中药穴位敷贴治疗,每年一疗程10次,观察两组治疗前后细胞免疫(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)的变化。结果:两组治疗前与治疗后比较,均P<0.05差异具有统计学意义,表明经治疗后患者整体免疫功能有提升,治疗有效。结论:三伏天采用针灸、拔罐、中医穴位敷贴对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的免疫功能疗效确切,能减少慢阻肺复发,值得临床推广应用。

objective:to observe the effect of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on the clinical observation and immune function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:choose 90 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the dog days using acupuncture,cupping therapy,Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy,treatment 10 times a year,observed two groups before and after treatment the immune cells(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)changes.Results:before and after treatment,the difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that the overall immune function of patients after treatment was improved and the treatment was effective.Conclusion:the dog days using acupuncture,cupping therapy,Chinese medicine acupoint sticking to improve immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization curative effect,can reduce the recurrence of copd,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
