针灸联合理疗康复在颈椎病治疗中的应用分析

目的:评价针灸联合理疗康复治疗颈椎病的效果,为颈椎病治疗工作提供参考。方法:选择我院2016年2月-2017年7月收治的80例颈椎病患者,随机分为接受针灸治疗的对照组以及联合理疗康复的观察组,各40例。对比两组颈椎病患者治疗期间VAS(视觉模拟疼痛评分)、ESCV(颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表)评分变化情况以及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后组间VAS、ESCV评分对比,观察组没想过优于对照组P<0.05。组间治疗总有效率对比,观察组明显高于对照组P<0.05。结论:针灸联合理疗康复在颈椎病治疗中整体优势明显,具有联合实施推广价值。

objective:to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and to provide references for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:80 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted by our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the control group receiving acupuncture treatment and the observation group of the combined physiotherapy rehabilitation group,each with 40 cases.The changes of VAS(visual simulated pain score),ESCV(cervical vertigo symptom and functional assessment scale)and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between two groups of patients with cervical spondylosis.Results:after treatment,the VAS and ESCV scores were compared between the groups,and the observation group did not think that it was better than the control group P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:the combined therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with physical therapy has obvious advantages in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and it has the joint implementation and promotion value.
