吉西他滨配合中药治疗老年肺癌的疗效分析

目的:评价吉西他滨配合中药治疗老年肺癌的疗效,为老年肺癌治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院2015年8月-2017年6月肿瘤内科收治住院治疗的老年肺癌患者60例,以随机数字表法进行分组。对照组(n=30)采取吉西他滨治疗,观察组(n=30)采取吉西他滨+中药治疗。对比两组老年肺癌患者的治疗效果、安全性情况。结果:组间治疗总有效率、治疗安全性对比,联合治疗的观察组均明显优于单一治疗的对照组P<0.05。结论:联合吉西他滨、中药治疗老年肺癌具有安全性以及有效性价值,具有推广优势。

objective:to evaluate the curative effect of gemcitabine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile lung cancer,and to provide references for the treatment of senile lung cancer.Methods:60 cases of senile lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were selected and grouped by random digital table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with gemcitabine,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with gemcitabine+Chinese medicine.To compare the efficacy and safety of the two groups of elderly patients with lung cancer.Results:compared with the control group,the total effective rate and treatment safety were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:combined with gemcitabine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile lung cancer has the safety and efficacy value,and has the promotion advantage.
