人血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与脑梗死的相关性研究

摘要 目的探究人血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与脑梗死的相关性。方法选取神经内科住院脑梗死患者150例作为实验组,时间为2015年6月-2016年6月,同时选取150例健康体检者作为对照组,这2组受检者均接受Lp-PLA2检测,并对检测的结果进行分析。结果实验组血浆Lp-PLA2水平与hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);随着脑梗死患者疾病加重,其血浆Lp-PLA2水平与hs-CRP水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);脑梗死预后良好组的血浆Lp-PLA2水平与hs-CRP水平明显低于预后不良组(P<0.05);脑梗死患者的病情程度与其血浆Lp-PLA2水平和hs-CRP水平呈正相关的关系,其预后与血浆Lp-PLA2水平和hs-CRP水平呈负相关的关系(P<0.05)。结论Lp-PLA2在脑梗死患者疾病发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,其与患者的疾病程度与预后有着较为密切的联系,可以为患者的治疗以及预后评估提供依据。
