应变性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲患者应用鼻内镜下手术治疗分析

目的:总结应变性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲患者应用鼻内镜下手术治疗的效果。方法:选择我院2016年2月-2017年8月收治的80例应变性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲患者,以随机数字表法分为采取低温等离子射频消融术的对照组(n=40)、联合鼻内镜下手术的观察组(n=40)。对比两组手术患者治疗效果、不良反应。结果:治疗效果对比,观察组总有效率更高,治疗后不良反应对比,观察组不良反应发生率更低。经统计学计算,P<0.05。结论:针对应变性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲,在低温等离子射频消融术的基础上联合鼻内镜下手术治疗,安全性高、有效率高,具有推广价值。
