改良式口腔护理在口腔颌面外科术后应用效果分析

目的探讨临床上改良式口腔护理在口腔颌面外科术后应用的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月口腔颌面外科患者107例。按单双号随机分为观察组和对照组,分别是56例和51例。对照组应用常规口腔护理干预。观察组应用改良式的口腔护理干预。比较两组患者术后4天的口腔清洁效果、口腔感染率、患者满意度及并发症情况。结果两组比较,观察组的口腔清洁效果和患者满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组的口腔感染情况及术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论口腔颌面外科术后应用改良式口腔护理操作技术,临床疗效显著,可明显提高口腔清洁效果和患者的满意度,降低口腔感染和并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of improved application of oral nursing in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:In our hospital from January 2015~2017 year in January 107 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery.Randomly divided into observation group and control group,56 cases and 51 cases respectively.The control group used routine oral nursing intervention.Observation of oral nursing intervention group improved the application.Comparison of two groups of patients after 4 days of oral cleaning effect,oral infection rate,patient satisfaction and complications.Results:The comparison between the two groups,the observation group the effect of oral cleaning and patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than the control group oral infection and postoperative(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Application of improved oral nursing operation after oral and maxillofacial surgery,clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the effect of oral hygiene and patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of oral infections and complications,worthy of clinical application.
