远程网络对肾病综合症患者延续护理效果的影响

目的探讨远程网络对肾病综合征患者延续护理效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年8月在我院接受治疗的肾病综合征患者62例,按照随机数表法随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各31例,对照组行常规延续护理,观察组利用远程网络进行延续护理,观察比较两组患者自我护理能力、健康知识掌握程度、用药依从性、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量状况。结果两组患者经延续性护理之后自我护理能力皆有提高,但观察组患者提高显著(133.28±12.44)分,组间比较结果具有差异性(P<0.05?;观察组实施护理后患者健康知识掌握程度(93.55%)和用药依从性(96.77%)明显高于对照组(67.74%,70.97%),组间比较结果具有差异性(P<0.05?;观察组实施护理后患者焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分(41.61±1.97,49.59±1.24分)明显低于对照组(50.54±2.42,60.05±2.41分),且观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组呈明显下降趋势,组间比较结果具有差异性(P<0.05?;观察组实施护理后患者生活质量状况评分(69.57±5.8分)明显高于对照组(52.29±5.64分),且观察组的生活质量评分上升幅度显著大于对照组,组间比较结果具有差异性(P<0.05?。结论远程网络有利于肾病综合征患者的延续性护理,可有效促进患者身心健康。结论远程网络有利于肾病综合征患者的延续性护理,可有效促进患者身心健康。
