“益气健脾、滋阴固肾”辨治糖尿病肾病的探析

本文对云南陆氏气阴学术流派第三代代表性传承人魏丹霞教授继承流派“气阴学说”,运用“益气健脾、滋阴固肾”法则辨治糖尿病肾病取得的疗效及延缓肾病进展的作用进行了探析,阐述了糖尿病肾病责在脾胃、其本在肾之核心病机,该治则对进一步提高糖尿病肾病诊治疗效具有重要意义。

Professor Wei Danxia,the third-generation representative inheritor of the Yunnan Lu’s Vital Energy and Yin Academic School that inherits the“Vital Energy and Yin Theory”,employs the principle of“replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,and treating Yin deficiency by reinforcing body fluid kidney to reinforce the kidney”to treat diabetic nephropathy.In this paper,it is to explore and analyze the efficacy of the differentiation-based treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the employment of the principle and the role it plays in mitigating the progression of nephropathy.The pathogenesis that the spleen and stomach are the organs responsible for diabetic nephropathy but the kidney is the root cause is elaborated.The principle is of great importance to further improve the diagnosing and treating efficacy of diabetic nephropathy.
