胫腓骨Ⅲ型开放性骨折临床治疗分析

目的:分析胫腓骨Ⅲ型开放性骨折的临床治疗。方法:按照入院顺序抽取我院自2015年1月至2017年1月收治的胫腓骨Ⅲ型开放性骨折患者81例,按照抽签的方法,分为研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=36)。结果:与对照组的治疗效果(61.1%)比较,研究组的(91.4%)较高;与对照组的(创面、胫骨、腓骨)愈合时间以及并发症发生率比较,研究组的较低;与对照组的生活质量比较,研究组的较优,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:胫腓骨Ⅲ型开放性骨折患者采用外固定支架治疗,患者的膝关节功能明显提升,骨折愈合时间显著缩短,值得借鉴和推广。

objective:to analysis of tibiofibulaⅢtype of clinical treatment of open fractures.Methods:according to admission order from our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were tibiofibulaⅢpatients with open fractures in 81 cases,in accordance with the method of the draw,divided into research group(n=35)and the control group(n=36).Results:compared with the control group(61.1%),the group(91.4%)was higher;Compared with the control group(creen,tibia,fibula)and the incidence of complications,the group was lower;Compared with the control group's quality of life,the research team was superior,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:tibiofibulaⅢtype open fractures were treated by external fixation support treatment,patients of knee joint function improved significantly,fracture healing time was significantly shortened,is worth reference and promotion.
