循证护理对冠心病心绞痛病人治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响观察

目的:观察循证护理对冠心病心绞痛病人治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取我院2016年6月-2017年7月收治的90例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组实施常规护理干预措施,观察组在常规护理干预措施的基础上加以循证护理干预措施。观察比较患者对护理方法的满意度差异。结果:相关数据表明,采取常规护理干预措施的基础上加以循证护理干预措施的患者依从率更高,明显高于单独常规护理干预措施患者的依从率,差异显著具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理方法的满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能够提高冠心病心绞痛病人的依从性及护理满意度,具有很高的临床应用价值,值得广泛推广应用。

objective:To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with angina pectoris.Method:Methods 90 cases of angina pectoris in our hospital from June 2016 to July-2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing interventions based on routine nursing interventions.The difference of patients’satisfaction with nursing methods was observed and compared.Result:Related data showed that the compliance rate of evidence-based nursing interventions based on routine nursing interventions was higher,which was significantly higher than that of patients with conventional nursing interventions.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with angina pectoris,and has a high clinical value.It is worthy of extensive application.
