康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症病人康复及生活质量的影响研究

目的探讨康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症病人康复及生活质量的影响。方法选取在2015年9月-2017年10月于我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症病人80例为研究对象,并将患者分成对照组与研究组。对照组仅通过常规护理干预,研究组则在常规护理基础上对患者采用康复护理干预。观察两组疗效,并对两组患者临床疗效进行对比;采用生活质量评分表来评价患者的生活质量改善程度;通过发放临床管理满意度调查问卷,对比两组患者及其家属对临床管理的满意程度。结果研究组患者通过康复护理后治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在通过常规护理以及康复护理干预后各项生活质量评分均有所上升,但研究组患者各项指标上升幅度较对照组更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者及其家属对管理的满意程度显著高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎间盘突出症病人采用康复护理干预能明显提高临床疗效,显著改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Method:80 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated in our hospital from September 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the research group.In the control group,the patients were treated with nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention.The efficacy of the two groups was observed and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Quality of life assessment was used to evaluate the improvement of quality of life.The satisfaction degree of clinical management was compared between two groups of patients and their families.Result:The study group patients through rehabilitation nursing after treatment effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two patients in each group by routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing intervention on the life quality score increased,but the patients in the study group the index increased more significantly than control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);the study group of patients and their families to the satisfaction of management was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion:The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with rehabilitation nursing intervention can obviously improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worth popularizing.
