护理专案在提高泌尿外科患者管道自护能力的应用

目的:探讨护理专案在提高泌尿外科患者管道自护能力的应用效果。方法:成立护理专案小组,制定专案改善计划并按步骤实施,运用自制留置管道患者自我护理行为调查表,通过对2017年6月随机抽查安置管道患者40例的现状分析,确立“提高泌尿外科患者管道自护能力”为活动主题,对现状进行要因分析,确定问题,设定目标,制定对策并组织实施。结果:自我护理行为调查评分由活动前的82%提高到活动后的98.3%,前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过护理专案活动能明显提高泌尿外科管道患者的自护能力。

objective:To explore the nursing project application in improving self-care ability of patients in the Department of Urology of the pipeline.Method:The establishment of the ad hoc group of nursing,formulate the project improvement plan and step by step implementation,using self-made catheter in patients with self care behaviors questionnaire,through the analysis of the June 2017 random placement situation of 40 cases pipeline patients,the establishment of“improve self-care ability of patients in the Department of Urology pipeline”as the theme of the status quo,causes analysis,identify problems,setting goals formulate and organize the implementation of countermeasures.Result:The score of self nursing behavior was increased from 82%before activity to 98.3%after activity,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion:The nursing project can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients in Department of Urology pipeline.
