优质护理模式应用下的急诊手术患者生理及心理变化

目的:探讨优质护理模式应用下的急诊手术患者生理及心理变化。方法:比较两组患者心理社会指标评分、生理指标变化情况、护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理模式较传统手术护理模式更能改善手术室急诊手术患者心理、生理指标,可显著提高急诊手术护理满意度,减少术后并发症,值得推荐使用。

objective:to explore the physiological and psychological changes of emergency operation under the application of quality nursing mode.Methods:to compare the scores of psychosocial indicators,physiological index changes,nursing satisfaction and complications in the two groups.Results:the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:high quality nursing model than traditional surgery nursing can improve the operating room more emergency surgery patients psychological and physiological indexes,can significantly improve the emergency surgery nursing satisfaction,reduce the postoperative complications,recommended to use.
