过期妊娠应用地诺前列酮栓的促宫颈成熟及引产效果观察

目的:探讨地诺前列酮栓用于过期妊娠的促宫颈成熟与引产效果。方法:选取本院收治的124例过期妊娠孕产妇作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组(n=62),对照组应用米索前列醇,研究组应用地诺前列酮栓,对比两组的促宫颈成熟效果与分娩结局。结果:研究组的总产程、用药至临产时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组用药12h、24h后的宫颈Bishop评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的促宫颈成熟总有效率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。研究组的阴道分娩率、引产成功率均显著高于对照组,羊水污染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对过期妊娠孕产妇应用地诺前列酮栓能够有效促宫颈成熟,缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,引产效果好。

Object:To investigate the the cervical maturity and induction labour effect of dinoprostone suppository for patients with expired pregnancy.Methods:124 pregnant women with expired pregnancy were divided into two groups by random number table(n=62).The control group used misoprostol,and the study group used dinoprostone suppository.Then compared the promote cervical ripening effect and childbirth outcomes of two groups.Results:The total length of labor,medication to labor time of study group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The Bishop scores of cervical in study group after treatment 12 hours and 24 hours were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cervical ripening in the study group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.65%,P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate and labor induction rate of the study group were significantly higher than control group,and the incidence of amniotic fluid contamination was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of dinoprost suppository for expired pregnancy can effectively promote cervical maturation,shorten the birth process and improve the rate of natural delivery,induction of labor is good.
