延续性护理对喉癌术后病人自护能力及生活质量的影响研究

目的:研究延续性护理对喉癌术后病人自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法:从我院随机选出接受喉癌术后病人86例,按照入院的先后顺序随机将病人分为两组,组一43例为对照组,采用常规护理措施,组二43例为实验组,采用延续性护理,比较两组病人自护能力及生活质量情况,观察护理效果。结果:结果显示,实验组患者护理后在技能、环境、目标等方面的自护能力评分显著优于对照组,病人生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:延续性护理能够提升喉癌术后病人的自护能力及生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:to study the effect of continuous nursing care on self-care ability and quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation.Methods:86 patients were randomly selected from our hospital and randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(n=43)was treated with routine nursing measures and group II(n=43)as experimental group.Continuous nursing was used to compare the self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups and to observe the nursing effect.Results:the results showed that the scores of self-care ability of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of skills,environment,goals and so on,and the scores of patients’quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:continuous nursing can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with laryngeal carcinoma after operation,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
