中西医结合治疗产后尿潴留临床疗效

目的:观察探讨中西医结合疗法对产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者分成两组(实验组和对照组)两组均给予留置尿管。对照组,采用按摩膀胱、指导教育、热敷、尿潴留治疗仪器等;实验组在此基础上联合针灸治疗,给予针刺关元、中极、三阴交、阴陵泉、足三里5个穴位和艾灸疗法。拔除尿管后观察两组情况。结果:两组患者治疗后总有效率比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法对于产后尿潴留治疗有明显疗效,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on postpartum urinary retention.Methods:58 patients were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)and two groups were given indwelling urethral catheter.The control group,the bladder massage,hot compress,guiding education,retention of urine therapy instrument;experimental group on this basis,combined with acupuncture,acupuncture of Guanyuan,Zhongji,yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli acupoint and moxibustion therapy 5.After removing the urethral catheter,the two groups were observed.Results:the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious curative effect on postpartum urinary retention,which is worthy of clinical popularization and use.
