CYP2D6单核苷酸多态性与偏执型分裂症患者长期使用氯氮平剂量的关联性研究

目的:研究CYP2D6单核苷酸多态性与偏执型分裂症患者长期使用氯氮平剂量的关联性。方法:选择2013年--2015年的偏执型分裂症住院患者300例,分析患者单核苷酸多态性与长期使用氯氮平剂量的关联性。结果:患者制定的氯氮平治疗策略变化较小,偏执型分裂症患者在慢性期的服药剂量比较稳定;不同基因型日平均剂量最高相差70.4mg,接近临床使用的3片普通片剂的氯氮平。结论:对长期单一口服氯氮平的偏执型分裂症患者而言,CYP2D6SNP多态性通过一种非常精细的方式影响氯氮平的临床使用剂量。

Objective:to study the correlation between CYP2D6 single nucleotide polymorphism and the long-term use of clozapine in patients with paranoid schizophrenia.Methods:300 patients with paranoid schizophrenia were selected from 2013 to 2015,and the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism and long-term use of clozapine was analyzed.Results:the patients of clozapine treatment strategy change is small,paranoid schizophrenia patients in the chronic phase of dose is stable.The difference of average daily dose is 70.4 mg from the highest vs.lowest type,equivalent of clinical use of clozapine three slices of ordinary tablets.Conclusion:CYP2D6 SNP polymorphism affects the clinical dosage of clozapine in a very fine way for patients with paranoid schizophrenia who have long been single oral clozapine.
