胸腔镜食管癌根治术与胸内吻合术联合治疗食管癌的临床效果

目的:探析食管癌患者应用胸腔镜食管癌根治术与胸内吻合术联合治疗的临床效果。方法:将2016年2月~2018年1月期间来我院行手术治疗的84例食管癌患者选为研究对象,依照硬币法分为两组,即对照组与试验组,每组患者42例。对照组患者给予开胸食管癌根治术与胸内吻合术联合治疗,试验组患者给予胸腔镜食管癌根治术与胸内吻合术联合治疗,统计比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、淋巴结清扫个数及并发症发生率。结果:试验组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、淋巴结清扫个数少于对照组,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,数据分别为11.9%、33.3%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者应用胸腔镜食管癌根治术与胸内吻合术联合治疗的临床效果更加确切,且并发症发生率低,具有安全、可靠的特点,值得临床应用与推广。

objective:to explore the clinical effect of the combined treatment of thoracoscopic esophageal carcinoma and intrathoracic anastomosis in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:during February 2016 to January 2016 to our line of 84 cases of surgical treatment of esophageal cancer patients selected as the research object,in accordance with the coin method is divided into two groups,namely the control group and test group,42 cases of patients in each group.Patients were treated with open thoracic esophageal cancer radical thoracic anastomosis in combination therapy,treatment group patients give thoracoscope and intrathoracic esophageal cancer radical anastomosis combination therapy,statistics to compare two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative patients with chest of the lymph node,the number and incidence of complications.Results:the operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative thoracic drainage and lymph node dissection was less than that of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the data were 11.9%and 33.3%,respectively,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:esophageal cancer patients applying thoracoscope and intrathoracic esophageal cancer radical anastomosis clinical effect of combined treatment of more precise,and low incidence of complications,has the characteristics of safe,reliable,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
