综合护理干预对首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响分析

目的:探究综合护理干预对首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法:随机选取本院收治的首发精神分裂症患者84例,并将84例患者均分为对照组和观察组,依据护理模式不同作为分组原则,每组各有病例数42例。对照组患者实施常规护理,而观察组患者则给予综合护理模式,对比两组精神分裂症患者护理后服药依从性。结果:观察组首发精神分裂症患者护理后服药依从性88.10%,而对照组首发精神分裂症患者护理后的服药依从性为61.90%,组间差异对比结果:P<0.05。结论:综合护理在首发精神分裂症患者中的应用效果较高,有助于提高患者治疗依从性,建议临床上广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of first-episode schizophrenia patients.METHODS:A total of 84 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted at our hospital were randomly selected.84 patients were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.According to different nursing patterns,the group was divided into principles.There were 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given a comprehensive care model to compare the compliance of the two groups after taking care of patients with schizophrenia.Results:Observed group schizophrenia patients taking medication after treatment 88.10%compliance,while the control group first schizophrenia patients after medication compliance 61.90%,the difference between groups compared results:P<0.05.Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing has a higher application effect in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,which helps to improve the compliance of patients.It is recommended that it be widely used in clinical practice.
