急诊无创呼吸机联合药物在急诊慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者中的应用探析

目的:探讨急诊无创呼吸机联合药物在急诊慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者中的应用效果。方法:选用2016年5月至2017年7月期间我院治疗的60例急诊慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为药物治疗,观察组为急诊无创呼吸机联合药物治疗,对比两组治疗情况。结果:治疗后,两组的FVC、FEV1、VC、PEF高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,治疗后,两组的PaO2、PH高于治疗前,PaCO2低于治疗前,观察组的PaO2、PH高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊无创呼吸机联合药物在急诊慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者中的应用效果非常显著,各项症状得到改善,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。

objective:to explore the effect of emergency non-invasive ventilator combined with drugs in patients with acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:choose 2016 during may to July 2017,the hospital treatment of 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)patients with acute onset of emergency as the research object,were divided into two groups,control group for drug therapy,observation group for emergency noninvasive ventilator combined drug therapy,compared two groups of treatment.Results:after treatment,two groups of FVC,FEV1,VC,PEF is higher than before the treatment,observation group is higher than the control group,after treatment,two groups of PaO2,PH is higher than before the treatment,PaCO2 is lower than before the treatment,PaO2,PH value of the observation group than the control group,PaCO2 is lower than the control group,the statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:emergency noninvasive ventilator combination of drugs in the emergency treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)patients with acute onset of the application effect is very significant,the symptoms improved,improved the treatment effect,is worthy of application.
