流程优化在神经外科护理中的应用

目的:分析流程优化在神经外科护理工作中的应用价值。方法:选取本院神经外科2015年11月—2017年11月期间就职的24名护理人员为研究对象,由于本院于2016年11月开始实施流程优化护理管理模式,探究实施流程优化护理管理前、后护理质量变化情况。结果:研究结果显示,实施流程优化护理管理后神经外科各项考核成绩评分均显著优于实施前,P<0.05,差异显著有统计学意义。结论:在神经外科护理工作中实施流程优化护理模式对提高护理质量的同时对改善护患关系有重要意义。

objective:to analyze the application value of process optimization in neurosurgical nursing.Selection methods:our hospital neurosurgery in November 2015-during the inauguration of 24 November 2017 nursing staff as the research object,because in our hospital in November 2016,initiated the process optimization of nursing management mode,explore the implementation of process optimization changes before and after the nursing quality of nursing management.Results:the results of the study showed that the scores of neurosurgery scores were significantly better than those before the implementation of the process optimization nursing management,with statistically significant difference between P<0.05.Conclusion:it is of great significance to improve nursing quality and improve nursing quality in the nursing work of neurosurgery.
