米索前列醇与缩宫素在妊娠晚期引产中的临床对比

目的:对比分析米索前列醇与缩宫素在妊娠晚期引产中的临床效果。方法:选取2015年12月~2017年3月于我院分娩的妊娠晚期孕妇160例,采用数字随机法,均分为A组(n=80)与B组(n=80),A组孕妇给予米索前列醇引产,B组孕妇给予缩宫素引产,对比两组患者的临床应用效果。结果:A组孕妇的临产时间(6.04±2.24)h、分娩时间(9.49±3.62)h、总产程(5.97±2.12)h显著短于B组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),用药后宫颈Bishop评分(11.09±1.42)显著高于B组(P<0.05);A组孕妇的引产总有效率95%显著高于对照组的81.25%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组孕妇的剖宫产率26.25%显著低于B组的42.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与缩宫素相比,在妊娠晚期引产中应用米索前列醇的引产效果更显著,缩短引产时间,减少剖宫产率,提高产房及床位周转率,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of misoprostol and oxytocin in the induction of labor in late pregnancy.Methods:pregnant women from December 2015~2017 year in March in our hospital 160 cases were randomly divided into A group,(n=80)and B group(n=80),A group of pregnant women given misoprostol,group B pregnant women given oxytocin,compared two groups of patients with clinical application effect.Results:A group of pregnant women in labor time(6.04+2.24)h,delivery time(9.49+3.62)h,the total production process(5.97+2.12)h was significantly shorter in the B group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),treatment of cervical Bishop score(11.09+1.42)was significantly higher than that of B group(P<0.05);A group of pregnant women,total effective rate of 95%was significantly higher than the control group 81.25%,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);A group cesarean section rate of 26.25%was significantly lower than that of B group was 42.5%,statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with oxytocin,misoprostol in late pregnancy induced labor induction effect is more significant,shorten delivery time,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the delivery room and the bed turnover rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
