全方位护理对心肌梗死患者心功能及心理状态的影响

目的分析全方位护理对心肌梗死患者心功能及心理状态的影响。方法选取我院收治90例心肌梗死患者,病例选取时间为2015年10月至2017年10月,将所有心梗患者随机分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)两组。对照组采用内科护理干预,观察组采用全方位护理模式,对比两组患者的心功能指标及不良心理状况改善情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者干预后的各项心功能指标与对照组相比较均明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的焦虑(SAS)、及抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予心肌梗死患者全方位护理干预,有利于改善患者的心功能指标,消除其不良心理状况,提高护理服务质量及护理满意度,效果显著,值得临床借鉴和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on heart function in myocardial infarction patients and the mental state of.Methods 90 patients with myocardial infarction were selected from our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group used internal medicine nursing intervention,the observation group adopted the omnibearing nursing mode,and compared the two groups of patients’cardiac function index and the improvement of the unhealthy mental state and the nursing satisfaction.Results The cardiac function indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Omni-directional nursing intervention for patients with myocardial infarction is helpful to improve the cardiac function index,eliminate the unhealthy psychological state,improve the quality of nursing service and nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical reference and application.
