他汀类药物联合阿司匹林治疗心血管疾病临床研究

目的试分析对心血管疾病利用他汀类药物与阿司匹林联合治疗获的临床疗效。方法随机在2013年8月-2017年3月期间于我院接受心血管疾病治疗的患者中随机选取86为研究对象,依据数字表法随机分为各43例的观察组与参照组,采用单一阿伐他汀治疗参照组,采用阿托伐他汀与阿司匹林联合治疗方案治疗观察组,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的各项血脂指标水平、心功能指标以及临床症状改善情况均远优于参照组,且临床治疗总有效率远高于参照组,两组间各项指标间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿伐他汀与阿司匹林联合治疗方案对心血管疾病患者实施治疗不仅可有效改善患者心功能和血脂指标,获取的治疗效果更为优良,极具推广应用价值。

Objective Objective to analyze the clinical efficacy of statins combined with aspirin in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Method Randomly selected 86 of the patients who received cardiovascular disease in our hospital during the period of March-2017 August 2013,randomly divided into 43 cases and the reference group according to the digital table method,using the single atorvastatin treatment reference group and the combined treatment regimen of atorvastatin and aspirin,and the observation group were treated with atorvastatin and aspirin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result The level of blood lipid index,cardiac function index and clinical symptom improvement of the observation group were far superior to those of the reference group,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was much higher than that of the reference group,and the differences among the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion The combination of atorvastatin and aspirin therapy for patients with cardiovascular disease can not only effectively improve the cardiac function and blood lipid index,but also have better therapeutic effect,which is of great value for popularization and application.
