基于JCI患者安全目标评审标准中高危药品管理的应用

[目的]探讨基于国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)患者安全目标评审标准下的高危药品管理。[方法]将JCI标准应用于高危药品管理中,包括高危药品清单的制定、高危药品的储存、传输、警示标识、及高危药品的安全使用。采用自评的方法,用卡方检验对数据进行统计学分析。[结果]比较2015-2017三年中各项高危药品管理指标的合格率,卡方检验统计学分析结果其中三项差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两项无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[讨论]JCI医院评审工作对高危药品管理起到了积极的推动作用,最大程度的降低由于高危药品使用不当而对患者造成的伤害,从而确保患者的安全。

[Objective]:Management of high alert medication based on JCI standard of international patient safety goals.[Method]:Developing management measures of high alert medication and make improvement constantly according to JCI standard of management of high alert medication.[Results]Compare of high alert medication management indicators in three years from 2015 to 2017.The up to standard rate of all indicators are increased[Conclusion]:JCI standard has played a positive role in management of high alert medication.Reducing the high alert medication error and ensure patient safety.
