新型敷料在Ⅱ度烧伤创面中的应用与效果研究

目的:探索新型敷料在Ⅱ度烧伤创面中的应用效果;方法:选择2015年4月~2017年4月我院外科收治的100名Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为本文的研究对象,按照随机分布原理将所有患者随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组中的患者采用凡士林敷料进行治疗,实验组中的患者采用新型湿性敷料进行治疗;结果:实验组中有70%的患者换药次数在10次以内,而对照组中患者只有32%的患者换药次数在10次以内,实验组中患者在换药次数方面要明显优于对照组中的患者,统计学具有明显差异性(P<0.05);对照组中患者只有50%的患者换药时的疼痛评分在7分以下,实验组中患者在换药疼痛评分方面要明显优于对照组中的患者,统计学具有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:新型敷料在Ⅱ度烧伤创面中的应用能够有效促进患者伤口愈合,同时降低患者的疼痛,应该在临床中进行大力推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of new dressings in II degree burn wounds.Methods:Select 100 patients with II degree burn admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 as the subject of this study.Principle All patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Patients in the control group were treated with Vaseline dressing.Patients in the experimental group were treated with a new type of wet dressing.Results:70%of the patients in the experimental group had switching times.Within 10 times,only 32%of patients in the control group had switching times within 10 times.The number of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the statistics were significantly different(P<0.05);In the control group,only 50%of the patients had a pain score of 7 points or less during dressing change.The patients in the experimental group had significantly better dressing pain scores than those in the control group.There were significant differences in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of new dressings in II degree burn wounds can effectively promote wound healing in patients,and at the same time reduce patient’s pain.It should be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
