透明质酸钠联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节炎的疗效评价

目的:讨论膝关节炎采用透明质酸钠联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年3月在我院接受治疗的84例膝关节炎患者进行研究,分为观察组和对照组,分别实施口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖和联合透明质酸钠进行治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者关节炎指数以及OA严重程度指数均有所降低;但是观察组患者的数据明显低于对照组,观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.62%;对照组患者治疗总有效率为80.95%;同时观察组患者治疗后的疼痛评分明显低于对照组。结论:采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合透明质酸钠的治疗效果较为理想,可以有效的提高患者治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。

objective:to discuss the knee osteoarthritis by sodium hyaluronate the clinical effect of combined therapy with glucosamine sulfate.Methods:selecting in March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 84 cases of patients with knee arthritis were studied,divided into observation group and control group,respectively to implement oral glucosamine sulfate and sodium hyaluronate for treatment.Results:two groups after treatment in patients with arthritis index and OA severity index decreases;But looking at the group of patients data is significantly lower than the control group,the observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 97.62%;The control group patients treatment the total effective rate was 80.95%;At the same time observation group of patients pain score significantly lower than the control group after treatment.Conclusion:using glucosamine sulfate in combination with the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate is relatively ideal,can effectively improve the effect of patients,improve the patient's clinical symptoms,improve quality of life.
