颅脑损伤患者高压氧治疗的临床护理研究

目的:探讨在颅脑损伤患者实施高压氧治疗的临床护理过程中的最有效的护理方法及其最终护理效果。方法:选择我院于2016年10月~2017年10月间所收治的62例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者都实施高压氧治疗,按照不同的护理方式平分为对照组、观察组两组,对照组患者应用常规护理模式,观察组患者应用综合护理模式,比较两组患者的最终护理效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高达96.77%显著好于对照组的77.42%;观察组护理满意率为93.556也显著高于对照组的74.19%,且组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E组患者护理满意率为93.556(29/31).明显高于A组的74 19%(23/31),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颅脑损伤患者实施高压氧治疗的治疗过程中,综合护理模式是极有效的护理方法,可以有效改善临床症状,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the most effective nursing method and its final nursing effect in the clinical nursing process of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods:62 cases of craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital in October 2016~2017 October were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group two groups.The control group used the conventional nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group applied the comprehensive nursing mode,and compared the patients in the observation group.The final nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results:the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%better than that of the control group(77.42%),and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.556,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.19%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in group E was 93.556(29/31),which was significantly higher than that in A group(7419%)(23/31),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the process of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with craniocerebral injury,comprehensive nursing mode is a very effective nursing method,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
