人文关怀在老年白内障患者护理中的应用效果

目的:观察人文关怀在老年白内障患者护理中的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院2016年5月至2017年5月收治住院治疗的68例老年白内障患者为本次实验研究对象,按照是否在护理中给予人文关怀将患者分为实验组与对照组,对照组34例患者未给予人文关怀护理,实验组34例患者给予人文关怀护理,比较两组患者护理诊疗效果。结果:实验组患者护理干预后患者症状自评表(SCL-90)得分明显低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论:老年白内障患者给予人文关怀对降低患者诊疗过程中心理应激反应,提高患者生活质量具有重要的意义。

Objective:To observe the application effect of humanistic care in nursing care of elderly patients with cataract.Methods:randomly selected in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were 68 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with cataract treatment as the study object,according to whether to give humane care in nursing the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,control group 34 patients were not given humane care,34 patients in the experimental group were given humanistic nursing,nursing care of patients with diagnosis and treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The score of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)in the experimental group after nursing intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.O5).Conclusion:the elderly cataract patients given humane care to reduce the psychological stress in patients with the treatment process,has an important significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
