优质护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗效果及焦虑状态的影响

目的:研究优质护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗效果及焦虑状态的作用。方法:观察108例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行护理的疗效。结果:护理后共10例患者依从性很差,其中观察组仅占1例,依从率98.15%,远远较对照组高,且观察组生活质量较好,焦虑情绪改善明显,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗过程中给予优质护理,可提高患者生活质量,降低焦虑情绪,康复效果好。

Objectives:To study the effects of quality nursing intervention on antiviral therapy and anxiety in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:To observe the efficacy of 108 patients with chronic hepatitis B care.Results:A total of 10 patients after care adherence is poor,of which the observation group only 1 case.The compliance rate of the observation group was 98.15%,which was much higher than that of the control group.The quality of life in the observation group was better and the anxiety was obviously improved.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic hepatitis B patients are given quality care during antiviral therapy to improve the quality of life of patients,which can also reduce anxiety and good recovery.
