对急诊脑梗塞患者的护理研究

目的;探索急诊脑梗塞患者的护理方法;方法:选择我院2015年10月~2017年10月急诊科所收治的100名急性脑梗塞患者作为本文的研究对象,将所有患者按照随机分布原理分为实验组与对照组,对照组中的患者只给予一般性基础护理,实验组中的患者则给予综合护理对两组患者的治疗后功能改善情况与护理满意度进行对比统计;结果:实验组中患者在治疗只有的功能改善方面要明显优于对照组中的患者,统计学具有明显差异性(P<0.05);实验组中患者对护理满意度要明显优于对照组中患者,统计学具有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理模式对于急诊脑梗塞患者护理具有较好的效果,应该在临床中进行大力推广。

Objective:To explore the nursing methods for patients with acute cerebral infarction;Methods:Select 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our department from October 2015 to October 2017 as the subject of this study,and randomize all patients.The principle of distribution was divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were only given basic general nursing.The patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing to compare the post-treatment functional improvement and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients;:The patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of improvement in the function of the treatment only,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with the care than the patients in the control group.Statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing model has a good effect on the nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction.It should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
