四肢骨干开放性骨折患者的急诊护理研究

目的:探索四肢骨干开放性骨折患者的急诊护理策略;方法:选择215年5月~2017年5月我院急诊科收治的100例四肢骨干开放性骨折患者为本文的研究对象,并按照随机分布原理将所有患者随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组中的患者给予一般性护理,实验组中的患者在在一般性护理的基础之上给予对应的急诊护理;对实验组与对照组中患者的骨折恢复情况以及护理满意度进行调查统计分析;结果:实验组中患者骨折愈合率为94%,对照组中患者的骨折愈合率为64%,实验组中患者在骨折恢复情况方面要明显优于对照组中的患者,统计学具有明显差异性(P<0.05);实验组中患者的护理满意度为92%,对照组中患者的护理满意度为70%,实验组中患者对护理满意度要明显优于对照组中患者,统计学具有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理在四肢骨干开放性骨折患者护理中具有较好的效果,应该在临床中进行大力推广。

Objective:To explore the emergency nursing strategies for patients with open fractures of the limbs.Methods:Select 100 patients with open fractures of the limbs from May 215 to May 2017 in our emergency department as the object of this study.According to the random distribution principle,all patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were given general care.The patients in the experimental group were given corresponding emergency care on the basis of general care;the fracture recovery and satisfaction with the care of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were investigated.Results:The fracture healing rate was 94%in the experimental group and 64%in the control group.The fracture group in the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group in the recovery of fractures,with statistically significant differences.Sex(P<0.05);92%of patients in the experimental group and 70%of the patients in the control group.Satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.There were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency care has a good effect in the care of patients with open fractures of the limbs and should be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
