阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者心理干预护理的效果评价

目的:观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者心理干预护理的效果评价。方法:随机选取我院2016年5月至2017年5月收治的56例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者为本次实验研究对象,按照是否给予心理干预护理将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组28例患者未给予心理干预护理,实验组28例患者给予心理干预护理,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者护理干预后出现不同程度心理应激反应的患者例数明显少于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论:对于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者给予心理干预护理可有效防止患者在临床诊疗过程中出现紧张、焦虑、恐惧等负面心理应激反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients psychological nursing intervention effect comprehensive evaluation.Methods:randomly selected in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were 56 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients for the study of this experiment,according to whether the patients were given psychological nursing intervention.As the experimental group and control group,28 patients in the control group were given psychological nursing intervention,28 patients in the experimental group were given psychological nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results:the patients with different degree of psychological stress reaction of patients in the experimental group after nursing intervention The number was significantly less than the control group,data statistically significant difference(P<0.O5).Conclusion:for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients were given psychological nursing intervention can effectively prevent patients in clinical diagnosis and treatment during tension,anxiety,fear and other negative psychological stress.
