改进非语言性沟通技巧运用于ICU护理工作中的价值评价

目的:分析改进非语言性沟通技巧运用于ICU护理工作中的价值。方法:从我院ICU选出接受治疗患者80例,按照入院的先后顺序分成两组,组一40例为对照组,采用常规ICU护理模式,组二40例为观察组,采用改进非语言性沟通技巧对ICU患者进行护理,比较两组患者对ICU护理工作的质量评分及满意度情况,观察护理效果。结果:观察组在各项护理质量分数上,显著优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组在护理总满意率上,显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU患者采用改进非语言性沟通技巧护理措施,可有效提高患者康复速度及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:to analyze the value of improving nonverbal communication skills in ICU nursing.Method:chosen from our hospital ICU treatment,80 cases of patients,according to the order of admission into two groups,group a 40 cases as control group,the conventional ICU nursing mode,group 2 40 cases as the observation group,with the improved nonverbal communication skills for ICU patients for nursing care,compared two groups of patients in ICU nursing quality score and satisfaction,the nursing effect.Results:the nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:adopting nursing measures to improve nonverbal communication skills for ICU patients can effectively improve patients'recovery speed and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
