个性化护理管理应用于眼科白内障手术病人价值评价

目的:评价眼科白内障手术患者经个性化护理措施进行管理的应用价值。方法:接收于我院的182例白内障患者被分为2组(以随机分组法,每组91例),基础护理的措施被用来护理对照组,而基础护理结合个性化护理的措施被用来管理观察组,比较其护理效果。结果:在SAS和SDS评分方面,2组均降低但观察组下降更为明显,差异度显著(P<0.05);观察组患者总并发症发生率2.20%,而对照组患者总发生率12.08%。2组差异度明显(x2=4.63,P<0.05)。此外,观察组总满意率96.70%,显著高于对照组的73.63%,2组相比,差异度显著(P<0.05)。结论:眼科白内障手术患者经个性化护理措施进行管理后可将并发症显著降低的同时大大将患者的满意度提高,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:to evaluate the value of personalized nursing management in patients with ophthalmic cataract surgery.Method:to receive in our hospital 182 cases of cataract patients were divided into 2 groups(with randomized method,91 cases in each group),basic nursing measures were used to control group,and basic nursing combined with personalized nursing measures were used to observe group,compare the nursing effect.Results:in terms of SAS and SDS scores,both groups decreased,but the observation group decreased more significantly and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total complications was 2.20%in the observation group and 12.08%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(x2=4.63,P<0.05).In addition,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.70%,significantly higher than the control group's 73.63%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:patients with ophthalmic cataract surgery can significantly reduce the complications and greatly improve the satisfaction of patients after the management of personalized nursing measures.
