创新型护理流程模式对重症监护病房机械通气病人的影响观察

目的:探讨创新型护理模式在护理重症监护病房的机械通气患者的临床效果及影响。方法:调研2016年5月~2017年5月我院重症监护室收诊的100例需机械通气的患者,随机分为对照组(给予常规专科护理)及观察组(给予创新型护理流程模式),50例/组。观察经不同护理模式服务后的临床疗效及并发症的发生状况。结果:经统计,观察组患者机械通气时间,重症监护室住院时间、满意度评分、护理质量的各项评分均优于对照组,P<0.05差异显著。观察组中并发症发生率与对照组比较明显低于对照组,P<0.05差异显著。结论:对重症监护病房中机械通气的患者实施创新型护理流程模式,显著降低并发症的发生率及改善患者临床症状,提高患者的满意度,值得医师推广。

Objective:to explore the clinical effect and influence of innovative nursing mode on mechanical ventilation patients in intensive care units.Research methods:in May 2016 to May 2017 in our intensive care unit diagnosis of 100 cases need mechanical ventilation patients,randomly divided into control group(given regular nurse)and observation group(giving innovative nursing process mode),50 cases/group.To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of different nursing modes.Results:according to statistics,all the scores of mechanical ventilation time,hospitalization time,satisfaction score and nursing quality of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05 was significantly different.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05 was significantly different.
