护理质量持续改进运用于子宫肌瘤护理中的效果分析

目的:对护理质量持续改进运用于子宫肌瘤护理中的效果进行分析和探讨。方法:选取于我院治疗的82例子宫肌瘤患者,按照入院先后分为试验组和对照组,其中每组各41例,对照组进行常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上进行护理质量持续改进,对两组的疗效和护理满意度进行评价。结果:试验组总体有效39(95.12%)高于对照组33(80.49%),差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组总体满意40(97.56%)高于对照组34(82.93%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:护理质量持续改进运用于子宫肌瘤护理中疗效显著,并发症较少,患者较满意。

Objective to analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality on uterine fibroids.Method selection in our hospital treatment of 82 patients with uterine fibroids,according to the hospital has divided into experimental group and the control group,each group of 41 cases,control group routine care,experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing care quality continuous improvement,to evaluate the curative effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results the total effective rate of the experimental group was 39(95.12%)higher than that of the control group,33(80.49%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was 40(97.56%)higher than that of the control group 34(82.93%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion the continuous improvement of nursing quality is effective,less complication and satisfactory to the patients.
