A hundred-year plan,education-oriented;education plan,teacher-oriented.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,our party and government have attached great attention to the construction of teacher troops in rural primary and secondary school,and adopted a series of effective measures to improve the overall quality of teachers in rural schools,which accumulated valuable experience.These experiences should be well summarized and then promoted,so that the construction of teachers’troops in rural areas in China will retain vitality.
