精准扶贫视域下推进城乡教育公平的行动逻辑与路径研究 被引量:26

摘要 在精准扶贫工作中,教育具有既"功在当下"又"利于长远"的双重效能,为将其纳入精准扶贫的重要领域和帮助农村减贫脱贫提供了行动逻辑。由于长期以来城乡不同群体在接受"生存教育"和"地位教育"方面均存在着系统性差距,阻碍了农村不利群体的代际流动。基于此,着力从社会环境、政策体系、教育内部要素等方面协同破解影响农村教育公平发展的壁垒、障碍,成为精准扶贫视域下推进城乡教育公平的必然选择和可行路径。 In the work of accurate poverty alleviation,education has the dual effectiveness of both“achievements in the present”and“benefits for generations”,providing action logic for integrating it as vital parts of accurate poverty alleviation and important means of helping rural poverty to reduce and overcome poverty.Due to the long-term systematic gap between different groups of urban and rural people in accepting“survival education”and“status education”,it has hindered the intergenerational mobility of disadvantaged groups in rural areas.Based on this,this study focuses on solving the barriers that affect the fair development of rural education from the aspects of social environment,policy system and internal factors of education,which would be the inevitable choice and feasible path for promoting urban and rural education equity in the perspective of accurate poverty alleviation.
