基于协同学视野:职业足球自组织体系与协同发展探究

Based on Perspective of Synergistics:Self-Organized System and Synergetic Development of Professional Football

基于我国对职业足球运动规律的模糊认识,以及对职业足球运动发展的强烈需求,运用协同学理论与方法来解析职业足球运动的基本规律。认为:(1)职业足球运动自组织体系包含球员、教练员、投资人、商家、媒体、球迷、足协和政府等要素,并以团队意识、价值意识、市场意识及国家意识为统领,形成层层套嵌的协同结构;(2)团队意识、价值意识、市场意识及国家意识共同集成为自组织体系的序参量,即足球文化,在保障系统开放性、非线性和系统涨落的前提下,调节和协同职业足球系统的发展,形成协同效应以及总体效应。各国职业足球发展是自组织协同的结果,深刻认识职业足球发展规律有助于破解我国职业足球发展的困惑。

Based on obscure cognition about professional football laws and strong demand for professional football development in China,this paper imported synergistic angle of view and method,to parse the football law of self-organized collahoration.The results showed:1)professional footban9 s self-organized system includes lots of elements,such as players,coaches,investors,merchants,media,fans,football association,government.Team consciousness,value consciousness,market consciousness and nation consciousness is embedded in synergetic structure.2)four kinds of consciousness commonly integrate order parameter of self-organized system,namely football culture.Under the premise of the openness,non-linearity and fluctuation of the system,football culture regulates and coordinates self-organized system^development,forming synergistic effect and total effect.National football development is the result of self-organizing synergism,and profoundly underatanding the law of footbaU development conMbutes to solve the problem of football development in China.
