星形偏移平衡测试在评价女子排球运动员神经肌肉训练效果中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 通过星形偏移平衡测试(SEBT)来评价神经肌肉训练对女子排球运动员神经肌肉功能和动作控制能力的影响。以18名大学生女子排球运动员为试验对象,随机分配到干预组和对照组,进行6周(每周5次)的以核心稳定性和超等长为主的神经肌肉训练干预。通过协方差分析的统计方法比较2组干预前后星形偏移平衡测试(SEBT)成绩的变化和差异。研究结果:双侧测试成绩(%腿长)校正后的后、内后和内方向上的测试成绩以及总成绩有显著性差异(P<0.05),干预组显著高于对照组;其它方向上的测试成绩无显著性差异(P>0.05),但干预组修正后的均值均高于对照组。结论与建议:6周以核心稳定性和超等长练习为主的神经肌肉训练能提高女子排球运动员的星形偏移平衡测试(SEBT)成绩。建议在使用星形偏移平衡测试(SEBT)时选择灵敏性相对较高的方向进行测试,以节省时间成本和提高统计的准确性。 The effect of neuromuscular training on the motor control ability and neuromuscular function of female volleyball players was evaluated by the Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT).Eighteen college female volleyball players were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group,and six weeks(five times per week)of neuromuscular training interventions based on core stability and ploymetrics were performed.Statistical analysis of covariance was used to compare the changes and differences in SEBT scores before and after intervention.There were significant differences in total scores and in the test scores of posterior,posterior medial,and medial directions after correction of bilateral test scores(%leg length),which was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05);test scores of other directions were not significant(P>0.05),but the average of the intervention group after correction was higher than the control group.Six weeks of neuromuscular training can improve SEBT scores.It is recommended to select the direction with relatively high sensitivity when using Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT)to save time cost and improve the accuracy of statistics.
