复方中药金铃子散及其单味药镇痛抗炎作用的比较

Comparison of Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effect of Jinlingzisan Compound and Its Single Herbal

为观察金铃子散及其各单味药对小鼠镇痛抗炎作用的影响,通过热板法、醋酸扭体法和角叉菜胶致炎法,研究了金铃子散及其单味药的镇痛抗炎作用效果。结果表明:金铃子散复方及其单味药水煎液可使热板法小鼠在给药后30 min、60 min、90 min及120 min痛阈值明显延长,醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数明显减少(p<0.05,p<0.01),角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀率明显降低(p<0.05,p<0.01),其中金铃子散作用效果最为明显。可见金铃子散具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用,且镇痛抗炎效果优于单味药。

In order to compare the analresic and anti-inflammatory effect therapy with Jinlingzisan form compound Chinese traditional medicine and single Chinese herb,the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Jinlingzisan and its single herb was studied by hot plate method,acetic acid writhing method and Carrageenan Inflammation.The results showed that the Jinlingzisan compound and its single herb decoction could significantly prolong the pain threshold at 30 min,60 min,90 min and 120 min after the administration of hot plate,and the number of writhing caused by acetic acid was significantly reduced(p<0.05,p<0.01),Carrageenan-induced paw swelling was significantly lower in rats(p<0.05,p<0.01).Among which Jinlingzisan had the most obvious effect.It can be seen that Jinlingzisan has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect,and the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect is better than that of single herb.
