摘要
针对传统的增程器用12极18槽永磁发电机制造成本高、感应电动势波形差等问题,提出了一种的新型结构永磁交替极发电机。通过改变极槽匹配关系和转子铁心上磁钢布置方式,实现稀土永磁用量的减少和感应电动势高次谐波的降低。利用有限元软件对四种结构的增程器发电机进行了建模仿真,结果表明与传统的增程器用12极18槽永磁发电机相比新型永磁交替极发电机能够减少稀土永磁用量;并且降低5次、7次感应电动势谐波含量。最后通过实验验证了新型永磁交替极发电机设计的合理性。
To solve the problems of high cost and low induction electromotive force waveform of the traditional 18-slot/12-pole permanent magnet generator for range extender,a new structure of permanent magnet generator for range extender was proposed.The reduction of rare-earth permanent magnets and the decrease of higher harmonics of induced electromotive force were realized by changing the pole-slot match and optimizing rotor structure.Four types of generators were analyzed by the finite element software.The results show that compared with the traditional 18-slot/12-pole permanent magnet generator,the 18-slot/16-pole permanent magnet generator with consequent poles can reduce the amount of rare-earth permanent magnets,and restraining 5 and 7 induction electromotive force harmonic.Finally,the rationality of the design of a new structure of permanent magnet generator for range extender is verified by experiments.
