三相电压型脉宽调制整流器开关管开路故障诊断方法 被引量:2

摘要 三相电压型脉宽调制(PWM)整流器因其网侧单位功率因数、能量双向流动等优点成为广泛应用于工业、航空等领域的功率变换装置。为提高系统运行的安全性和可靠性,其故障诊断研究工作得到了极大的重视。针对三相电压型脉宽调制整流器功率开关管开路故障,从故障特征向量种类、故障的识别、定位方法的角度进行了诊断工作的分类,对各诊断方法的适用范围、可靠性进行了对比,指出了三相电压型脉宽调制整流器故障诊断和故障预警今后的研究方向和趋势。 Three phase boost type pulse width modulation(PWM)rectifier has become a widely used power conversion device in industrial and aeronautical fields due to its unit-side power factor and bi-directional energy flow.In order to improve the safety and operational reliability of the system,the fault diagnosis research has received great attention.Aiming at the open circuit fault of PWM rectifier power switch,the diagnostic work was classified from the point of fault feature vector extraction,fault identification and location method.The principles of each fault diagnosis methods are introduced.The scope of application and reliability of the diagnostic methods were compared.The future research directions and trends of three phase boost type PWM rectifier fault diagnosis and fault early warning are pointed out.
