艾盐包热熨治疗索拉非尼片相关腹泻的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Moxa-salt Hot Compress for Sorafenib-induced Diarrhea

目的观察艾盐包热熨腹部治疗索拉非尼片相关腹泻的临床疗效。方法 60例口服索拉非尼片相关的腹泻患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均予腹泻常规治疗及护理,在此基础上治疗组加用艾盐包热熨腹部护理技术。观察两组治疗后腹泻导致索拉菲尼减量口服(或中断)的时间和发生率,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组因腹泻导致口服索拉非尼片减量(或停止)发生率为16.7%,低于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05)。结论在腹泻常规治疗及护理基础上,艾盐包热熨腹部能改善索拉非尼片相关腹泻症状,能降低因腹泻导致口服索拉非尼片减量(或停止)发生率,使患者顺利进行抗肿瘤治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxa-salt hot compress on abdomen in treating sorafenib-induced diarrhea.Method Sixty patients with diarrhea induced by orally taking sorafenib were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The two groups were both given conventional treatment and nursing for diarrhea,while the treatment group was additionally given moxa-salt hot compress on abdomen.The time and occurrence rate of the dose-reduction(or suspension)of sorafenib due to diarrhea were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group versus 56.7%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of diarrhea-induced dose reduction(or suspension)of oral sorafenib was 16.7%in the treatment group,lower than 40.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional treatment and nursing for diarrhea,moxa-salt hot compress on abdomen can improve sorafenib-induced diarrhea and reduce the rate of diarrhea-caused dose reduction(or suspension)of sorafenib,so as to help the patients to finish the anticancer treatment successfully.
